This warranty also does not extend to latent defects. This warranty specifically excludes from coverage for damage arising from ordinary wear and tear; alteration; accident; negligent use; misuse; neglect; intentional misconduct; improper or inadequate maintenance.

Under no circumstances shall Carpin be held liable to Purchaser or to any third party for claims arising from the design of this product, testing of this product, or damage arising from its use.

SHIPPING QUANTITY

RETURNS

No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization and proper issuance of a Carpin RMA number.  Similarly, no credit will be given for merchandise which is improperly returned, returned without authorization, or returned without an RMA number, and the party which improperly returned the merchandise will be responsible for all expenses associated with the disposition of such merchandise.  Defective merchandise, for which Carpin has issued an RMA and authorized to be returned, will be credited once it has been properly and safely returned and then verified by Carpin.  Non-defective merchandise may be returned for re-stocking after Carpin authorization and issuance of an RMA number.  In order to be eligible for credit, returned merchandise must be in saleable condition which will be verified by Carpin upon receipt.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
